👤 Customer Registration

Registration is required to access certain areas of the site. To protect your privacy, only a username, password, and email address are requested during registration. Additional information necessary to process the order will only be requested at the time of purchase. You will need to provide a shipping address and any data required for the fiscalization of the transaction at that point.

💰 Product Purchase

To make a purchase, once you have selected the items, indicate the desired model, color, and size where required, and click on “purchase.” You can view a summary of your expenses at any time by clicking on “your cart.” In this section, you can modify or remove items from the cart or proceed directly to checkout to complete your purchase. In the next step, you will have a summary of the personal data provided to verify its accuracy.

✅ Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, indicating the company’s acceptance, at the email address provided during registration. This allows us to verify the availability of the products in stock. Only at that point will the purchase price be charged, and the requested goods will be shipped. For orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, confirmation will be sent on the following Monday.

🚚 Delivery

For domestic deliveries, the company relies on Bartolini and GLS express couriers. Products will be delivered to the address indicated and specified in the order summary, starting from 24/48 hours after order confirmation for Italy, and 48/72 hours for the South and Islands. For deliveries abroad, delivery times vary depending on the destination. If the courier does not find the recipient at the time of delivery, a notice will be left, and you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. We always recommend specifying the delivery address if it is different from the one provided during order registration, and providing any other instructions, such as specific delivery times, in the “comments” field during the purchase process.

💳 Payment Methods

The site allows payment by cash on delivery, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is made through our trusted courier upon receipt of the goods. Payment must be made in cash and includes a €4 surcharge. It is possible to pay for all orders by credit card using the secure link to the Gestpay system of Banca Sella. Your data will always be transmitted securely and shared exclusively with the bank for charging the selected card.

In addition to the product price, a standard shipping fee of €7.00 (for orders under €50) is added for all deliveries within Italy, while for shipments outside Italy, a fee of €14.00 (for orders under €100) applies.
