Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products.
Here’s how to do it:

• Print and fill out the return form [click here to open and download the return form].
• Include the completed return form in the package along with the product to be returned, indicating the following address as the recipient: KEO SRL Strada Statale Santa Maria, 5/E 16042 Carasco (GE) – ITALY.
• Ship the package and keep the shipping receipt (costs will be borne by the customer).
• Wait for a confirmation email from our local representative acknowledging receipt of the goods.
• Upon receipt, the package will be checked by our representative and your refund or replacement request will be processed as soon as possible if it meets the following requirements:
  • The product must not have been used, washed, or damaged;
  • All tags and labels must remain intact and attached to the product;
  • The product must be placed in the package in its original packaging (bag, box, etc.).

In case of a refund, you will receive it as soon as possible (please always provide your bank details).
