Its particular cross shape forces the swimmer to:
• correct entry movement of the hand “Grasp phase”
• correct traction movement in the central part of the underwater pass as well as making the hand work on the most effective depth of the movement, optimising its effectiveness.
• naturally guides the trunk roll.
Correct execution of the stroke with the BACKSTROKER PADDLE allows you to better direct the maximum application of force throughout the entire underwater stroke.
